Technique to walk with crutches

There are three basic rules to walk with crutches correctly:

  • Stand upright.

The body support and progress will be different depending on the injury:

IF TWO FEET CAN SUPPORT

  • Standing must be three supports four possible.
  • Muleta left.
  • Right foot.
  • Muleta right.
  • Left foot.
  • To walk must move both crutches at the same height.

IF ONLY YOU CAN SUPPORT FOOT
